An emotional Winter Same-sex Wedding
We are so happy to share the images of our first same-sex wedding, not only because it was one of the first civil celebrations of this kind in Italy, but also because it was a particularly intense and emotional event that we will hardly forget.
Lucio and Chris were surrounded by the warmth and affection of their families and friends, who participated with great transport to this important achievement. The emotion was palpable and we lived many moving moments, especially the arrival of the future spouses at the port of Torbole on a small fishing boat. Only few people have managed to hold back the tears, even during the ceremony celebrated by the mayor.
At the exit from the town hall, two wickets were waiting for the couple and their guests with balloons and accordion music. There began a fun and colorful procession that led all guests to the location, a beachfront restaurant on Lake Garda. As the guests entertained themselves with the aperitif, we cut out about thirty minutes for the couple photo session in an olive grove on the hills.
Despite being in full winter, the day was sunny and the temperature was particularly mild, almost like a spring day. After lunch, the newlyweds wanted their dear friend and witness, who came for the wedding from Israel, to give a speech in their honor and to celebrate the ceremony of hanukkah, before the real party began.
Thak you guys, for us it is a real pride to have been chosen to capture such a special day!
